Founded in 1963 our aim is to provide opportunities for the youth of Essex to enjoy the camaradarie and unique atmosphere of Braintree Rugby Union Football Club

Chelmsford Rugby Football Club was established in 1920 and for the last 40 years we have been playing at Coronation Park, Timpsons Lane, Chelmsford.

The Club at present has some 330 members, which comprises approximately 90 senior players with four/five Senior sides. We play league rugby and are currently in London Division North East 3.

We have some 150 Mini/Youth members providing teams from under 6`s to under 17`s.

In the last few years the club has also developed a very strong ladies section who now play league rugby.

The club now runs four competitive senior sides. The social life is still as adventurous as the guys would like, but they have the passion of the game in their hearts and that is what makes Dagenham a great side to play for.
The future for Dagenham would be to build towards a youth set up, allowing any age group the opportunity to be able to play rugby in a safe and coached environment.

Dagenham also pride themselves as a family club with many members having their families and young children being catered for. Each year they have a children`s Christmas party, new years eve disco, charity events and other social gatherings.

Our club offers a great oppurtunity to keen players of any age, to engage in enjoyable and competitive rugby.

Our coaching gives every player the oppurtunity to reach their potential, and imporve upon their best.

Ongar RFC now play in Essex League 2 and last year we won the Essex Vase.

We pride ourselves on being a family orientated, sociable club and we ll welcome any new members of all ages and abilities.

We are one of the oldest rugby clubs in Essex/Greater London. We currently run a first and a vets team.

We welcome all players over 17 of any experience. We are a club who like to play and watch rugby and ridicule each other after in the bar...

Romford and Gidea Park, founded in 1929, have established themselves as one of the leading rugby clubs in Essex, and the premier club in the London Borough of Havering.

The club fields 4 senior sides, with the 1st XV playing in the London Leagues in Division 3 NE, whilst the remaining XVs all participate in the Essex BL Merit Tables. A thriving Youth and Mini Rugby section play on Sunday mornings. In 2005, a Ladies Section was introduced, and their success has been demonstrated with consecutive league promotions.

Stanford Rugby Football Club is proud to boast a thriving minis and youth section and the young players enjoy top quality coaching and support from all sections of the club, with the emphasis on inclusion and enjoyment and not winning at all costs.

The 1st XV are currently playing league rugby in Essex 2 and the 2nd XV play in the Essex Merit League, with a 3rd XV also playing.

Social club playing away fixtures only as fund raisers for Help for Heroes.

We are a Barbarian style club and welcome players from other clubs who wish to turn out for us. We also welcome members who cannot commit to week in week out games but who would like the occasional competetive game.
